1. Delivery options and costs

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates start from dispatch.
2. Dispatch
In-stock orders received before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Products marked "made to order" or with a lead time will be dispatched within the timescale shown on the product page. You will receive tracking details by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Receiving your order
Someone will need to be available to sign for larger parcels and pallet deliveries. Pallet deliveries are made kerbside — the driver will not be able to take items inside or up stairs. Please check the number of parcels and look for visible damage before signing; if damage is visible, sign as "damaged" and tell us within 48 hours.
4. Missed deliveries
If you are not in, the courier will usually leave a card or email with options to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If an order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts we will contact you; re-delivery may be charged.
5. Delays and lost parcels
Delivery times are estimates. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6. Collection
Collection from our warehouse at Trade House Mead Avenue, Houndstone Business Park, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8RT is available by appointment. Please call 44 333 011 2112 before travelling.
