1. What is covered
For 2 years from the date of delivery, we warrant that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with their instructions. If a product develops such a defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you if repair or replacement is not possible.
Calibrated tools (such as torque wrenches) are warranted to be within their stated accuracy on delivery. Recalibration after use is routine maintenance and is not covered.
2. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including tyres, seals, bits, pads, abrasives and batteries beyond 12 months
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, accidents, incorrect air pressure or voltage, or lack of maintenance
- Products that have been modified, or repaired by anyone other than us or our approved agents
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Consumables such as lubricants and grease
3. How to claim
- Email info@anulartarjeta.com with your order number, the product code, a description of the fault and a photo or short video.
- We may ask you some troubleshooting questions — many issues can be fixed quickly over the phone.
- If a return is needed we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable postage costs.
- We aim to repair, replace or refund within 10 working days of receiving the product.
4. Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within the first six months, if a fault is found it is presumed to have been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
5. Product safety
Stop using any product immediately if it appears damaged or behaves unexpectedly, particularly lifting equipment. If we become aware of a safety issue we will notify affected customers using the contact details provided with their order.
